Fire Detection & Emergency Lighting 

The issue of fire safety has never been so much to the forefront as it is today. Whether you are an individual householder wanting to ensure that you can effectively mitigate the risk of fire, or a business, landlord, hotel or local authority needing to protect your employees and tenants, we can plan and install entire systems appropriate to your needs. We then take care of your inspection, testing and repairs, to ensure you have all bases covered. 
When you bring us in, our involvement commences with a full site survey, in which we plan out all necessary work to ensure you comply with the required standards. We then develop an installation, testing and regular servicing plan in close collaboration with you. At the end of this process, we provide you with a Fire Alarm Certificate and/or an Emergency Lighting Certificate. 
Most fire detection systems will comprise of fire and smoke detectors and emergency lighting, we also work with Health and Safety partners to advise you on other important considerations, such as fire doors, signage, staff training and emergency exit routes. 
All our fire alarm installations are carried out to BS5839 regulations and installed with FP200 cable, contained in the appropriate containment for the design and functionality of the system. All our emergency lighting systems are carried out to BS5266 regulations and installed with keyswitches so that the client can check for functionality periodically.
